PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Since IBSB is the workshop for the bioinformatics programs of Boston, Berlin, and Kyoto/Tokyo, only people who are involved with these programs are admitted to submit their papers. If you have any questions (e.g. whether you are admitted to submit papers), please contact the organizers of IBSB 2007: Charles DeLisi (Boston), Hermann-Georg Holzhütter (Berlin), Minoru Kanehisa (Kyoto), Satoru Miyano (Tokyo).

 

Each paper submitted to IBSB 2007 will be peer-reviewed by at least two members of the program committee. All accepted papers will be published in Genome Informatics Vol. 18 (hard copy by World Scientific Publishing Company) and electronically in Genome Informatics Online.  It will be also indexed in Medline. One author of any accepted paper will be required to give an oral presentation at the workshop.

 

1. Preparation of your paper

The maximum page length is TEN for each paper.  Authors should prepare the manuscripts by following Instructions for Authors.

2. Submission procedure of your paper

Each submission should be done from IBSB 2007 Paper Submission Web Site which will request you ID and Password to login.  Please read the paper submission procedure (link) for the details.  The ID and Password will be informed by

3. Final version of accepted paper

Each accepted paper will be published in Genome Informatics Vol. 18 (hard copy) without any charge if it is published in black and white.  Color pages shall be charged to the author at US$500/per page.  Please specify which page(s) shall be printed in color when you submit the final version.  But the final version should be prepared in color for Genome Informatics Online together with supplementary materials.
